NEW YORK (January 14, 2013)– Waterworks, the luxury kitchen and bath company known for their impeccable craftsmanship and rich heritage, is pleased to debut a new showroom in the Dallas Design District.
Previously located in Preston Center, the new two story, 3,390 square-foot showroom will serve a wide range of clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The strategic location will not only cater to the design trade community in a significant way, but also reach the design minded consumer.
“We are very excited about the continued growth of our brand,” notes Peter Sallick, Waterworks CEO. “With the new Dallas location we anticipate new clientele from the increased foot traffic this location receives and aim to further establish Waterworks within the local design community.”
The design of the space is reflected through the installations seen at the entrance, traditional elegance in a grand scale. Exquisite custom Aqualinea Mosaic installation with bronze logo, Tempo Glass Mosaic panel inspired by traditional Chinoisere Wallpaper and a Boulevard Crystal Washstand with Amelia fittings in Unlacquered Brass set the tone for the showroom.
“The Dallas showroom was designed with the purpose to inspire our clients with possibilities for creating elegance and grandeur in the bath and kitchen,” says Barbara Sallick, Waterworks Co-Founder and SVP Design.
Waterworks’ most recent introduction, R.W Atlas fittings as well as a number of new surfaces, Claypaper, Promenade and Keystone, will have a prominent showroom presence. Larger tile installations, up to ten-feet high, take over the lower level. In addition, Dallas clients will also get an exclusive first look at an assortment of new lighting, available nationwide in April.
The showroom opened January 8, 2013.
Co-Founded in 1978 by Barbara and Robert Sallick, Waterworks is based firmly upon a foundation and commitment to design authenticity and excellence. About Dallas Design District
The Design District is a neighborhood 50 years in the making. Pairing rich history with an eclectic new vibe, this is where converted warehouses and newly constructed apartments merge to create a vivacious new neighborhood with a decidedly established feel.
The Design District is a magnet for art galleries, decorator showrooms and upscale urban living. Several new apartment communities have since 2009 and are now fully leased, giving the community a new dimension and vibrancy. A fourth high-rise residential project is currently under construction and scheduled to open in June 2012. The Design District will continue to evolve as one of the most interesting and eclectic communities in Dallas.
