Cove Valley
Nestled within 300 acres of rewilded wilderness on the edge of Exmoor National Park in southwest England, Cove Valley offers an unprecedented luxury retreat where nature flourishes undisturbed. The vision of owners Ben and Yolanda Horne, this five-year passion project has transformed former grazing land into a thriving ecosystem, now home to foxes, badgers, deer, beavers, and over 50 bird species. Designed by HÁM Interiors with architecture by Alexander James, the three bespoke cabins, along with The Yurt, provide an intimate retreat that's worlds away from modern distractions. Throughout, On Tap faucets (modeled after vintage beer taps) and classic Riverun fittings reflect the property's commitment to character-filled comfort amid the wild.

Along Dallas's most storied boulevard, Rosewood Residences Turtle Creek presents 33 meticulously crafted homes that honor the neighborhood's legendary status. Designed by Dan Fink Studios and developed by One Turtle Creek, each residence unfolds with carefully considered proportions and a refined material palette inspired by the peaceful, natural beauty of Turtle Creek and the Katy Trail. The kitchens and baths are timeless and beautifully detailed. Throughout, Bauhaus-inspired Henry fittings enhance interiors that balance classic elegance with whimsical, contemporary touches—perfect for discerning buyers seeking white-glove service and the trusted distinction of the Rosewood name.

Summit by Olson Kundig
Perched at the base of Camelback Mountain—Scottsdale's most iconic natural feature—Summit by Olson Kundig, a new property by Replay Destinations, seamlessly unites 63 residences with the raw beauty and distinct geology of the surrounding landscape. The architectural expression responds thoughtfully to the site's topography, with deep cantilevered rooflines and stone foundations that blur the line between built and natural environments. Interiors unfold with three fittings collections — soulfully modern Bond, minimalist .25, and contemporary, meticulously detailed Finot. The layout of each home ensures a natural flow from kitchen and living areas through indoor-outdoor great rooms to expansive terraces, fostering the casual, versatile lifestyle that defines living at Summit.

378 West End Avenue
Perfectly positioned on the Upper West Side's grand residential boulevard, 378 West End Avenue presents a compelling collection of 58 residences just minutes from Riverside Park. Designed inside and out by COOKFOX Architects and developed by Alchemy Properties, the landmark property features unobstructed southern views over historic buildings and an extensive suite of wellness, athletic and social amenities. Hotel Saint Augustine
In the heart of Houston's vibrant downtown, Hotel Saint Augustine reimagines a 1926 building as a boutique hotel that honors its storied past. A collaboration between The Marchbanks Company, Post Company, and Lake Flato, this 71-room property draws travelers seeking genuine Texas hospitality infused with contemporary design. Inspired by John and Dominique de Menil's personal collection and artistic community, the interiors employ bold, saturated colors, reflective materials, and unexpected shapes to build a playful yet refined narrative. Dash and Ludlow fittings help elevate rooms that feel both authentic and artful—a thoughtfully curated destination where visitors and locals alike can mingle, engage, and experience each space as their own.

Soho House Mexico City
Located in the vibrant heart of Colonia Juárez, Soho House Mexico City transforms a historic Baroque-inspired casa with French influences into an homage to the city’s rich cultural fabric. With design and architecture by Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos, the 62-residence landmark by SOMA Group now attracts global tastemakers. Inside, locally made custom furniture creates a dialogue with over 160 works by Mexican artists. Bauhaus-inspired Henry fittings and handcrafted Crystal mirrors enhance the property's seamless blend of European heritage and Mexican artistry.

The Cabana Bungalow at The Colony Palm Beach Hotel
Since 1947, The Colony has reigned as Palm Beach's social epicenter, one foot in the sand and one foot on Worth Avenue. Today, owners Andrew and Sarah Wetenhall have lovingly restored this 76-year-old icon to its Camelot-era splendor while infusing fresh energy throughout its 89 distinctive accommodations. Tasked with reimagining one of The Colony Hotel’s iconic bungalows, Cabana Magazine’s Martina Mondadori partnered with renowned designer Ashley Hicks and Waterworks to perform an uncommonly chic cultural remix. The colorful kitchen features an Easton bridge faucet. The same collection, combined with Universal shower elements, bestows its Edwardian grace upon the exuberant primary and guest baths. Cabana’s signature Italian perspective extends to the jewel-box powder bath, blending tradition - courtesy of Old English-style Highgate fittings - with bold new ideas.
