Nina has spent 25 years in the design field and joined Waterworks in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Architecture and Design. An expert in all of our product collections, from fittings to accessories, she specializes in helping to create layered, nuanced spaces that highlight quality and craftsmanship. She speaks English and German.

Lucy has worked in the design industry for 20 years in both Asia and the United States, and arrived at Waterworks in 2021. She specializes in residential kitchen and bath design, with a particular expertise in high-end custom cabinetry. She speaks English, Mandarin and Japanese.

Eliza joined Waterworks in 2006 with a degree in interior design. Today, with 18 years of design experience, she’s an expert in all of our plumbing, tile, hardware and lighting collections and has a gift for layering elements in a space to create depth and interest.

Monica has 38 years of design experience and started at Waterworks in 2012. She has a strong background in cabinetry design services and store planning, and loves juxtaposing design elements in intriguing, nuanced ways.

Ida has 15 years of design-world experience and arrived at Waterworks in 2017. She’s an authority on all of our product collections, and has a particular knack for bringing classic detailing to contemporary sensibilities. She speaks English and Farsi.

Francisco joined Waterworks in 2021 and has 6 years of experience in the design field. He’s an expert in plumbing and tile and especially enjoys bringing imaginative transitional spaces to life. He speaks Spanish and English.
